Supplies:
- 15" Spring Valley Vase
- 50 - 150 strand of icicle lights
- 12 frosted glass ball ornaments
- Crystal shred
- Ribbon bow
Instructions:
Place a few icicle light bulbs into each of the frosted ball ornaments. Arrange the ornaments and crystal shred in the vase as desired.
