Instructions:
Leaving a 6” tail, make four 6” loops in the same manner as making a bow. Leave a 6” tail at the end and cut. Wire ribbon together with a couple twists in the center, pulling tight. Pull ends of wire to top side of ribbon and twist once. Pull loops of ribbon down so they form dress. Wire ribbon to wings at center top where post starts. Glue filigree finding to center front at top of ribbon and extending onto the post area. Glue pearl half round on upper part of finding and to just below round hanger circle. The round circle of the hanger acts as the halo. Cut gold strips or cording to fit across pearl like a head band and glue in place. Glue rhinestone to center of gold filigree.
