Instructions:

  1. Basecoat the hat heart red. Let dry between coats, colors and steps.
  2. Transfer the face outline to the head heart. Paint the face and plug nose dresden flesh. Blush the cheeks and nose by stencil-brushing pink in a circular motion. Paint the remainder of the heart and the furniture button white. Drybrush the edges of each with silver.
  3. Transfer the remaining details to the head. Dip the end of a brush handle in white to dot the cheek highlights. Glue the eyes on. Use a silver marking pen to draw the penstitching outlines. Glue (1) green leaf sequin to hat, glue (3) red sequins on top of leaf, let dry.
  4. Working on one piece at a time, brush Elf Dust onto Hat Pom-Pom and Brim.
  5. Gllue the hat to the back of the head and the nose to the face.
  6. To make the hanger, wrap the wire around a pencil to curl and slip jingle bell onto wire. Thread the wire ends through the hat holes from the back to the front, then wrap the end around the wire to secure. Shape the hanger as desired.
  7. To finish, glue the pom pom to the hat tip.
