Supplies:
- 1 Silver 200 mm Plastic Ornament - Can also use Purple, Blue, or any other color.
Note : if you are using a purple or blue ball, you Must first seal the ball with a matte spray-especially the purple or it will bleed.
- 6" wreath –grapevine
- 5" Styro Ball
- Decorative Snow
- White 2oz Paint
- Rouge 2oz Paint
- Carrot nose Large
- 2 Fabric Fat Quarters X-mas
- Red Cardinal Bird 2.5”
- Gloves ornaments
- Yellow Sticks
- Mushrooms birdhouse & bird
- 6" Green Doily or heart doily or square
- 18" greens garland
- Wooden Sign
- Green string, yarn, or ribbon
- One 7/8” Gold bell
- One ½” red bell
- Package asst. white pine cones
- Four Juniper or Christmas greens
- Ocean blue paint
- Walnut brown antique stain
- Red Spool O’ribbon
Instructions:
- Glue wreath to bottom of ball.
- Glue 5" styro-ball on top for head.
- Using a sponge, cover ball with white paint.
- Mix white paint into Decorative Snow – mix well.
- Dab all over sporadically – not covering every inch of the ball – also do the same to the head.
- Using Glue Gun, glue sticks to sides of ball.
- Christmas Fat quarter : trim fat quarter to this fringe ends and knot. Glue to shoulders. See originals for a picture drawn.
- Glue on apron – using doily adding yarn or ribbon to tie on.
- Mrs. Snowman’s Hat:
- 12" circle of Christmas fabric, matching thread.
- Cut fabric into a 12" circle with pinking shears.
- Using running stitch, stitch around circle about ¾” in from edge.
- Place on Mrs. Snowman’s head & pull thread tight until it fits her head.
- Pack stitch a few stitches to hold, thread in place and knot & cut thread.
- With glue gun, glue at stitch line onto Mrs. Snow’s head.
- Adorn with small bells & greeney at top.
- With charcoal make face.
- Glue on nose.
- Rouge paint for cheeks.
- Glue on glove ornament on arm.
- Glue birdhouse on other arm
- Tie red ribbon around stitching on hat.
- Glue on greens and jingle bells on hat.
- On apron, glue piece of green and 3 little red bells
- Paint sign ocean-blue and when dry using white paint “Freezin Season”. Let Dry.
- Antique with walnut stain.
- Brush decorative snow on sign and wreath stand
- Take green garland and twist ends on each arm.
- Glue sign on green garland above head to help steady – glue back of sign to top of her cap.
- Glue red cardinal to top of sign.
