Instructions:

1. Chalk the front of the white card with light blue.
2. Cut a 3”x 3” square from Cobalt Blue and a 2 7/8”x 2 7/8” square from White. Tear each square on all four sides.
3. Punch a hole in the bottom left corner of the white square and thread the white fiber through it, leaving a tail on both sides.
4. Write a message or note on the tag and tie to one end of the fiber. Leave the other end trailing.
5. Glue the white square onto the blue square, and the blue square onto the top center of the card.
6. Place the Snowflake Sticker in the center of the white square.
