Shape and fluff wreath. Cut all pieces of fabric as shown in diagram. Do not glue face, nose piece or hat, but glue all other pieces together to form shapes. Stuff arms, legs, hands and feet with polyfil. Fit hand pieces over edge of arms and feet over edge of legs and glue in place. Place cuffs on arms and legs. The cuffs cover the cut edges. Wire or glue arms onto wreath. Tie legs to wreath with wire or glue arms onto wreath. Tie legs to wreath with jute so legs hang down below wreath and swing freely. Make head - place some polyfil in center of face circle. Gather material in back and tie. Make nose in the same manner and glue to face. Paint plugs black for eyes. Dry and glue to face just above nose. Using beige fabric, make a background for beard about 14" wide and 9"-10" long. Glue to face area. Cut up from bottom in 1" wide strips, leaving beard uncut where glued on. Glue strands of doll hair onto face over fabric for beard. Cut about 10 strands of doll hair 8" long. Tie in center and glue to face just under nose for moustache. Make hat, gluing edges together to fit head. Tie at top with jute and add ball. Glue hat band onto head. Glue head to wreath. Paint wooden star shapes Empire gold. Dry and glue to wreath. Place balls onto wreath where desired using wire or greenery stems to secure in place. Cut strips of fabric for bows and glue to wreath. Damper nose and cheeks. Mix coral color with some water and tint color on cheeks and nose. Shape black wire into circles for glasses and glue in place. Add berries or any other desired decorations to wreath.
