Instructions:
Onto curved back of spoon, glue wooden plug where nose would be. Top of plug should be 1 1/2" down from top of spoon. Base paint spoon part with flesh color. Paint handle red. Dry. Blush on cheeks & nose with chalk or blusher. Seal and let dry. Fold over fabric piece to width desired for hat. Glue to head. Add strip of felt around edge to resemble fur trim, Glue on E beads for eyes just under felt trim. Shape 2 small circles for glasses and glue to top of nose. Tie lace trim around hat, pulling to gather tight. Glue bell onto lace. Wrap green ribbon around handle in spaced diagonal pattern. Glue small strip of felt around top part of handle for collar. Glue on hair, forming beard and moustache. Tuck side of hat down onto side of spoon to hold shape and glue in place.
