Instructions:

1. Place disc at end of the 3ft x ¼” (or closest size available) dowel and hot glue in place.
2. Wrap disc in cellophane with the ends falling down a short way over the dowel.
3. Tie some curling ribbon around the cellophane and the dowel.

Hint: Make several to adorn your walkway.
