Beach Party Visor

Instructions:

1. With the masking tape, cover the parts of the visor not intended to be covered with sand.
2. Spray exposed area with spray adhesive.
3. Pour sand onto glue - tap visor to remove any loose sand.
   * For chunkier look, repeat layers of glue & sand.
4. Remove masking tape.
5. Arrange assorted stickers and diecuts on visor.
6. Attach shells using epoxy or silicone glue.
7. Spray finish visor with spray glitter.
