Instructions:

1. Cut Star Garland into 3 even pieces. Each piece should be 36” long.
2. Make a circle with the first piece.
3. Twist second and third piece around the first (see fig. 1)
4. Untwist red metalic paper twist. Wrap and gather paper twist using the same method as star garland (refer to Fig. 1).
5. Make a loop bow with 1yd. of red, white and blue. Be sure to leave a 3” tail.
6. Make streamers with remaining ribbon.
7. Secure bow & streamers with pipe cleaners.
8. Remove 4 good size roses from rose spray.
9. Hot glue roses to headpiece where materials gather (refer to Fig. 2).
