Instructions:

1. Cut six 12” pieces of star garland. Curl 4 of the pieces around the dowel to make coils. Tape all six star garland pieces to the tip of the dowel.
2. Curl several (about 20) 20” strips of curling ribbon. Tape ribbon at the tip of the doel at the base of the star garland.
3. Glue the partiotic print ribbon at the end of the dowel, opposite of the star garland. Wrap it upwards around the dowel, and glue it around the tape that holds the curling ribbon and star garland.
4. Curve the star garland wires so that they form arches in various directions.

   OPTIONAL: Cut stars out of fun foam and glue them to the tips of the star garland
