How to Dip Strawberries

Wash the Strawberries:

Wash strawberries and let them dry completely. Excess water will cause melted chocolate to thicken.

Melt the Chocolate:

Place melting chocolate in the top pan of a double boiler and 1 cup of water in the bottom pan.

Heat water to boil. Heat chocolate for approximately 10-15 minutes. Remember to stir continuously.

Dip the Strawberries:

Dip strawberries, into chocolate by holding stem or inserting a toothpick into the center of the berry.

Place dipped strawberries on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Let strawberries set in a cool place for about 20-30 minutes.
